watching music clips on "you tube"

Hi , Whenever I try and watch music clips on the you tube web site on my home computer ,the film clip stops and starts every few seconds.This does not happen all the time but it is really irritating when it happens.
Does anyone know why this happens and what I can do to prevent it .Thanks.

It's cos it hasn't fully loaded...you'll see as it loads, a red bar will grow from left to right...and when the track starts playing back....if the slider catches up with the red bar, then it will pause because it hasn't downloaded full yet...wait until the red bar has loaded quite a bit and then play the track.

As soon as the track starts to play, pause it and let the track almost completely download, the start playing it.

One of the reasons that this happens, (Slow or fast downloads) is that the person you are receiving from might be just down the street or sending it from a zx81, from mars.
