I must say, when i watched it the other night, when she was pinching Bens arm, i found it very uncomfortable to watch but i guess it happens, just not sure i want to see it as a form of entertainment.

In an interview recently Sophie Thompson who plays Stella was asked what was the history behind Stella's deranged behaviour and this is what she said:-When Stella was a child her parents relationship with each other was so intense that they excluded her and treated her badly. This damaged her to the extent that she now wants a relationship with Phil like her parents had. She is engineering Ben's bad behaviour by bullying him so Phil turns against him and despises him as her parents did her and there is worse to come.
