Sounds OK. Rises = stands (up) and 'holds good'.

Yes, I agree. Rises is stands and when something still holds good it 'stands'

Hi Pauline ... yes not bad ... went to club quiz Saturday night, not as quizmaster this time ... afraid we didn't do very well ... too many films/tv questions nothing on sport !!
