Hello, I am pregnant and I have red hair and hazel eyes, the father has Blonde hair and Blue eyes? I was wondering if anyone would know what my babies hair and eyes would look like. :)

You'll just have to wait and see. My Mother-in-Law and her eldest brother both had red hair, their other three siblings had brown hair. None of their children had red hair. My sister-in-law has three children, one with strawberry blonde hair, one brunette and one blonde. A friend of mine who has brown eyes, as has her husband has two children, both with blue eyes. Even if there is a dominant gene it doesn't mean that it will always dominate. Just be patient and wait and see!

that is pretty good. Its all about your parents eye colour too and also your brothers and sisters. For instance I have brown eyes and partner grey so thought Babby would have brown...my Dad has brown and Mum green and partners Mum Blue and Dad green so there was 50%chance he would have brown and 30% chance green-so the brown wasn't all that dominant actually!

trouble is that baby is now 7 months had blue,then grey and now greeny brown eyes, they haven't finished changing colour yet so I will still have to wait ages to find out!!! Arghhhhh.So impatient!Lol.

I have brown eyes and my childrens father has green, my 2 sons have lovely bright blue eyes!! and my daughter has really dark brown eyes, so i guess there's just no guessing.

Also my eldest had lovely blonde hair as a baby and even at age 6 he had light brown with blonde bits at the front, he is now almost 13 and has jet black hair !! how wierd! my younger son had brown hair as a baby an now it is very light brown aged 11 and my daughter has always had brown hair,

No matter how many guesses you have. hair colour and eye colour can change from baby to child
