Croydon High Street on a windy Sunday in March?
A bit like the moon - if we had ever been there lol
...which we provably have.
Waldo, personally I'm not sure just think it's odd that we haven't been there since 1974ish and there are no plans to go back. And you must adnit that that lunar landing module looked like it was made from pallets and tin foil lol
I don't know but do you reckon they have the internet and have 1000 + posts concerning muslims?
Great - no lefties there !
GReat no lefties there
It's more than 20 light years away (the time it takes light to travel here) so we had better plan for 'beam me up scotty' if it is to be a reality. Are William Hill taking bets on time travel?

Not time travel, but they have drastically cut the odds on finding aliens...

But honestly, why do we presume that aliens would be similar to us. On Mars a stone may be a person if you get what I mean.
hopefully a better place than this one..............
Kwicky, do you imagine we've reached the peak of our technology? We have a very long way to go yet and we will find ways to travel such distances in the future.

I'd love to see what it's like there. I find the prospect of discovering intelligent life in space very exciting indeed.
' beam me up scotty ' - That phrase was never uttered in Star Trek
but if it's 20 light years away , how can they know it's got watwr on it's surface, also have you any idea how far light could travel in 20 years?
