Has anyone ever heard of this 'natural' drug ?

Apparently it promotes weight-loss and also helps the skin. - but I don't want to shell out for it, if its going to be rubbish.

Yes yes..... I'm sure it does as do all the other wonder drugs. The only reason this planet still has fat people and spots is to add a bit of scenery.
