Nearly all games software makes new entries in a computer's registry when it's installed. Even if you transfer all of the folders containing the game files, you won't be able to recreate the required registry entries on your laptop.
Sorry!

Sorry buenchico
not necessarily so
If there were lots of games on one CD it's probably fair to say that they are pretty simple ones.
It's probable that you won't get them all working .... but the way to go is find the folder(s) they are installed on ... and drag the folder onto your data thingy
copy folder(s) from data thingy to your lappy .... see which ones work.
If you get errors sayingunable to find xyz.dll (or similar)
search your chum's machine and copy the files over to the folder you are trying.
it could be a long job ....
