electric shower not working

we moved into our new home last week and cant get the shower to work, its an electric mira shower with pull switch, we pull switch c ord and no light, nothings tripped on consumer unit, so baffled as to whats wrong its a modern house

Check the fuse in the swith and that it's wired correctly. If you don't have any look contact the previous owners you should have a forwarding address for them.
If you don't have a forwarding address, but they are having mail forwarded write to them at your address!!!!
If the unit is geting power - I would have a guess the water pressure sensor is faulty and will not allow the unti to heat up.

no power to switch or shower and replaced fuse for switch still nothing though, previous owners say shower was working when they left so no luck there
If no power to pull cord switch would have to be something wrong at the consumer unit.
