'Let the Sunshine in'

There was an ad a few years back with a modernised version of the above song on and before they got to the chorus of 'let the sunshine in' a woman sings 'its so lovely when its sunny' - does anyone know who sang this? I'm guessing it might be on a summer compilation of dance hits. Thanks!
