Many thanks lloyd1e. I have googled this until my fingers ache. I can find Ultra Nate but I can't find "It's All Over". Could it be "It's Over Now" which was at number 62 in the charts in 1989? They are not in the Guinness Book of British Hit Singles either.

I think it must be 'It's over now 'as I can't see any other possibility for that combination of letters.
