What is the difference between "image stabiliser" and "anti shake" as in the camera specification?

Ive just looked on a couple of pages and they seem both the same. I think it's just a new name some has called it to sound different

Not quite sure on this one, but I think that image stabiliser is to help when the image is moving whereas anti shake is when the holder of the camera is moving or cannot hold the camera perfectly still.

Guess it's the second option I need - anti shake.
