My direct line boss agreed to me working overtime for a week. However, his supervisor (site manager) has said that he will not pay me for this overtime. Can they do this?????

i highly doubt it. as long as you're working you should be paid. usually, you get paid overtime if you work more than 8 hours a day. thats how it works here. if you're not being paid, don't do it!

I do overtime all the time and don't get paid. I work for a HE College. It is utter crap!
