Stuck on three clues in RTE Guide crossword which I need to post tomorrow, Wed:-

9a. Sword out to obfucate, as such (5, 5) M-N--E, -O-I-

23D. From a material point of vo=iew, anumbe rof games can stretch (6). R-B- - -

18A OH USES the clue as seen on 2! (10, 5) Possibly
-E-P-R-T-H, -U-E- (Clue 2 in the crossword was:- Let nothing enter to change our premier station - the answer was RTE ONE, the Irish TV station).
Any help appreciated.

I believe there is a programme on RTE One called Desperate Houses - this would your letters perfectly if the clue was 9,6 and not 10,5.

Town Crier. Absolutely Brilliant. Note your answer was 9.08pm. Around same time we had decided that the anagram was Houses and that the published clue for words (10,5) should actually read 9,6, ie Desperate Houses.

Hi Sarumite and Town Crier - Yeah going with Rubber. Did not know that word.
