poultry parasites

Where can I find info on the lifecycle of pultry parasites, worms etc. and how long the eggs will live on the ground.
I have kept hens for 4yrs, the first lot laid better than newer lots. (Still more than I can eat, not so many to give away!)

That one looks scarily technical. I don't like to think there's that much that can go wrong with my hens. I'll study it later.
