You do realise that by putting her name on the deeds she will be entitled to half the house and/or any equity you may have should you split up? This is regardless of any exisitng equity there is in the house at the moment. You should see a solicitor about that and the transfer of equity.
You will first need to obtain permission from your lender to put her on the mortgage. Thats assuming you have a mortgage. If not see a solicitor. Either way you will need a solicitor to do the legal work for you. They will charge around �200+ depending where you live in the country.
ty for ur help, i do have a mortgage but my gf pays it out of her monthly wage it only seems fair that her name is on the deeds, if i was to remortgage could i just ask for her to be added?
