D900 Unable to use micro SD Card. Also unable to connect USB to laptop Help!!!

Help!!! I have a Samsung D900 and I also have a 1Gb micro SD card with music stored on it. The phone recognises the Micro SD card is in it because the card icon pops up on top of the screen, but for some reson the phone will not allow me to access to card to play the MP3's on it. I have bluetoothed some of these songs to the phone memory and they play fine, so the songs format is ok. But I'm still unable to access the SD card. Please can someone advise me on what is wrong as I've tried everything I can think off!!! Thanx.

P.S. - Also I am having trouble getting the USB to connect to the phone. It jsut won't connect no matter what stting I've tried it on. Please help me!!!

I have looked through various forums and haven't found the answers I'm loking for. hence I posted this question to see if someone at answerbank may have some first hand experience with the same phone or problem.
