With itunes running I highlight the track in question, then I go to the menu bar along to 'Advanced', then drop down the menu to 'Get track names' (you need to be online here) and it should get the track names through Gracenote. You may need to repeat this for each track.
I'm not sure if it's the same procedure for itunes with PC.

Madhatter's answer will work fine as long as you copied the songs over from the original purchased CD.
If they were imported using copied CD's there are soloutions by using various software available (depending on how technical you are) but these mostly rely on analysing some part of information already inputted into the id3 tags i.e artist or album name.
Thus if the information about the tracks only displays "track 1" and no artist or album details within its ID3 tag your going to be in a whole world of pain.
If you do have some sort of information on the ID3 tracks I would advise you to download "FOOBAR" and install a plugin named "foo_discogs" which fetches everything from track names to BPM. But be warned it starts off as very ugly and hard to use program, but if you search for plugins it will work like a charm.
