Why do my answerbank replies go to my Hotmail junk file?? Can I alter this?

There is a junk filter on your Hotmail account that you can configure. Or, perhaps just have @answerbank.co.uk as a contact and it will go to your inbox.

Hi j2buttonsw, Sorry about this, but can you explain the @answerbank.co.uk contact thingy. Bearing in mind I am a computer dumbo.

In Hotmail > options > contacts > safe list > type answerbank.co.uk > add

Thanks j2buttonsw. You wouldn't like to come and sit in my desk drawer would you. I could do with your help for time to time. I get in awful muddles with my computer at work and our IT guy is so impatient with me.

Perhaps my company could offer you a service level agreement. We are very reasonable...
