Is there a way to connect my pc with a tv monitor and use it instead of my pc monitor ?

Yes, but you will need a tv out card.

As already said you need a graphics card with a tv out socket or you can buy an external signal converter (known as a RF converter?). Don't expect to be impressed by the quality though. Even the best TVs will struggle to display crisp text. Playing games will be OK though.
