Corrugated garage roof (cement composition) leaking water on overlap of sheets,anything I can paint over complete roof to make waterproof

I f you are in a position to loosen the bolts that hold the sheets together Then open the joint and run a bead of sealant or better stil a strip of rubber under the joint and retighten the bolts.
