NT Authority virus help neeeded urgent please!!

Got this on my PC, have got the patch to get rid of it but i run out of time..is there any way of bypassing this, I have all my coursework on my laptop and cannot format it...is there any possible way of bypassing / overiding this? Any help really appreciated!!

or perhaps a less tekkie way - burn a copy of Knoppix to a CD .... boot from the cd and you'll be able to read the files on your HDD. You can then save your files to a USB mem stick ... or external HDD ... or even burn them to CD/DVD

The ultimate boot cd has a utility for reading NTFS partitions as well....
