Goosebumps in the Sun
2 Answers
When I go into the Sun on a hot day my skin feels very sensitive and I then start getting goosebumps and feel a burning sensation on my skin. Although I not actually, physically burning my body reacts as it I have been out in the sun all day without protection (that type of feeling) - does anyone know what is causing this, or had/have this problem. Its getting worse each year (I was fine until I turned 20 - I'm not 34). Would love to hear from anyone with this same experience or any ways to pu this right. Thks.

Dr has already suggested taking antihistermines, which I have tried and they had no impact. I will look up Solar Urtucaria to see if this could be relevant to what I have. Some people have suggested its in my mind and I should seek hypnotherapy - not sure if this would work though. Rgds DMH2007
