i can swear by this recipe as i use it myself, and they really do taste like millies! (the secret is to use both brown and castor sugar, you see!)
125g butter, softened
100g light brown soft sugar
125g caster sugar
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla extract
225g self-raising flour
� tsp salt
200g chocolate chips
cream butter and sugars, add egg and vanilla, sift in flour and salt, then choc chips.
180�C, gas mark 4 for 10 or so minutes
GOOD LUCK!
