Renault Clio water in footwell
Does anyone know where this water might be coming from, there don't appear to be any leaks from sunroof, windscreen, window or door seals.

Anyway when ever i used to start driving it used to flood into the car...so i looked under the bonnet and i saw it was collecting it after it had rained. The reason i checked that area was cos one day i forgot my radio and i had a silent car, and i heard it swishing around under the bonnet......(or at least in that area, so i stopped straight away and saw where it was collecting. all i did was put a couple of cloths in teh area and it was fine after that, but then again i did sell the sar about a month later, and it rained rarely......
Probably coming in from the ariel on the front of the roof.

Is your 'water' actually coolant - if so do not read on - your heater / heater hoses are at fault.
Bought a Clio recently - discovered (clean) water in the drivers footwell. After much baling out and removing the sponge under the carpet, we hosed it hard with carpet folded back.
There is a drain under the fan under the plastic cover at the back of the bonnet at the driver's side. The cover on my 2002 model removes with one stud (press in the centre before pulling out) and careful unclipping. I found I could feel it but not see it. I think it was blocked with gunge and after poking wire down it, it seems ok now - check it !
If it's blocked rainwater will slosh about at radio level till it overflows into the footwell.
There may be a drain at the other side too, but it looks even harder to access !
