i have abrushwood fence around my decking on a static caravan.the the site owner thinks it could be a fire risk.is it ?if it is can i spray it with some fire resistant spray or paint it to make it fire resistant?

No spray or paint that I know of that will last long term. If the owner only thinks it could be a fire risk you could always ask the local fire prevention officer for his opinion.

I would think it is no more flammable than the caravan itself.
