For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.the more obvious answer would be the opposite to low pressure environments. the subject would probably have increased levels of gases in thier bloodstream. they might also suffer the "bends" commonly associated with diving when returned to normal pressure levels. this has something to do with nitrogen forming bubbles in your blood, but i can't be sure
