I have just purchased an Acer Aspire 9300 series laptop computer with OS Vista. I have installed the software for this printer successfully except that the ink monitor is not displayed on the screen when printing and the task bar does not show the nozzle cleaning aligment ect, utility .Otherwise I am able to print OK!. There are no addiional drivers on the Epson Website listed for tis model .

As with your router problem, it may be your printer software does not work under Vista.

Software written for XP will not automatically work under Vista.

See if you can find anything on the Epson site about Vista.

Many companies are not bothering to update the software for older printers, thus encouraging people to go out and buy new printers !
