Report a member on YouTube...

Can someone tell me how to report someone on YouTube?

Someone has been leaving threatening messages to people including myself and he has left me personal messages telling me he will kill me and my children!!!

I know there are evil, demented people on this planet but i don't want to be frightened and threatened!!!

I would imagine there's a "Report Member" button (can't get on YouTube at work unless I circumvent the security). As for being frightened - don't be; how would he even know who you really are/how to find you? (Unless you've given these details out online).
