2003 Times supplement dvd

Times did a free monthly dvd awhile back (2003/4) with features on it such as a Curb your Enthusiasm episode and maximo park music video.
One of their videos had a large singing group, quite pop-like, about 10-15 members.
Lead singer in drag,young skinny male.Female lead: large gospel black woman. All wearing theatre costumes.
Brought out an album that was white with rainbows on it.
Would really appreciate name of song or artist. (^_^)
