I have seen black and white footage of a German m/f duo singing a song called 'Hound of the Baskervilles' (in German) to the music of Black Sabbath's 'Paranoid'. Who were they and did this song precede 'Paranoid'?

The duo concerned answer to the rather un-Germanic names of Cindy and Bert! Their electronic version of the Black Sabbath standard was released after the original, so it's a safe bet that Birmingham's finest were not trawling the European techno-duo's back catalogue for inspiration, but rather the other way round!
