Need Motivation
3 Answers
I exercise on average 3 times a week, but last week I just couldn't get into it so I decided I'd have a week off and get back into it this week, but I still feel like I can't be @rsed and I need someone to force me to go tonight to get back into it again. It needs to be before 8pm and could be yoga, gym or swimming - please feel free to shame me into going. Thanks ;-)

I was eating really well and starting to take care of myself when one day i had a really bad hangover (i know drinkings bad anyway but it was only the once) and since then ive been eating and drinking loads.
You just need to get the will power to start again, im slowly getting mine back and have just got in from a walk.
And think of all the young hot men that could be at the gym just waiting to help lil old you out! x

Thanks both.
Hubby has Ju Jitsu in the hall next door to the gym Mistys so I don't think he'd appreciate that!
I'm not one of those people who actually really enjoys exercise, but have never had a problem making myself do anything before - it's not like it's a recent thing either, I have been exercising regularly and eating well for over a year now without a break (apart from my holiday) but I could quite happily sit at home tonight with a bottle of wine and a bag of Maltesers.
I think I will go put my kit on and then try and drag my lazy 'arris round there..... I will be grateful in the summer I'm sure....... :-P
