For the second day in a row I can't get the Telegraph website. Other sites are fine - it seems strange that such a 'major' sit is down for so long? Is it just the ISP here or does everyone have this problem?

its fine where i am1 must be ur end!
IF you have a router, you can try resetting it - I had a problem once when I believe that Dell were offline for about a week - reset the router and I could then access their site.
Fine for me also.

Try clearing out the files from your browser. Clear out

* Temporary Internet Files
* History
* Cookies (but you will need to log on to sites again)

Close down browser then open it up again and see if that works.
No it's them.

They've been up and down like a yo yo last couple of days.

They have put a notice on the site:
BREAKING NEWS: Telegraph.co.uk apologises for recent technical problems
