Worcester Droughts Syndrome

My little Sister in Law has been diagnosed with the above(I think its spelled correctly), and though Ive tried to get info on it, I dont seem to be getting enough. She travels to Great Ormond Street to see Doctors there, and have tests done, though the syndrome still seems quite a grey area? We've recently invited her over for the weekend, and Id like to know as much as I can about it, so I dont seem ignorant when I'm having trouble understanding her, or knowing what she wants. Please help!
