Do you recive point for faling to produce on time?

I have just tried to produce my documents afrter being caught driving whilst on a mobile phone. Its the last day of the seven days your allowed.
I have lost my photo card so the officer at the station wouldnt accept my doccuments. He informed me that i will get a court summoning.

Will i recive points for this aswell as the 3pts for being on the phone

Assuming you have all the docs in question you will be fined for not producing as norman says.

I have them all apart from the photo card, i have to send the paper bit off to renew it all now so i wont have any licance so how quick will i recieve the sumonds?

This is a very minor offence, I would imagine if you go to the station and explain they would deal with it using a fixed penalty. There is no set time for a summons to be issued.

why did you not ask for a extention,to the 7 days,so you could get a new photo licence,it can be done on the phone
