Can anyone please recommend a comprehensive guide to the food of Morocco? I'm interested in really authentic recipes, tagines and pastilla in particular. I've seen several books in various bookshops, but they are all generic 'middle eastern cookery' titles. Any recommendations gratefully received - thanks!
