Do we need parliament in London?

Can we have a topic on politics? For example, I would suggest that much of the congestion and other problems in London could be solved by moving both Houses to somewhere mid-country such as Uttoxeter. All the ministries could accompany them. Set aside 25 square mile area where all new buildings would be zero emission and where the government offices could be located. The foreigh embassies would be able to buy plots and build to their own design. I am sure the Americans would welcome the intiatiative because they are looking for a new site for their embassy.
