I haven't seen many postings about this one, so I guess you've all found it really easy! However, I'm having a spot of bother with quite a few, and some clues, or even answers, would be very much appreciated. 1. Let's begin - for only your eyes revealed. 2. Sort to give you choice. 8. Working centre. 16. Arrange and carry out. 25. Places to sit. (Is this really as obvious as seating, or am I expecting it to be more cryptic than it is?) 27. Mostly religious passage. 34. Present false information. 39. A specific time for action on stage. I have spent ages on this quiz, and just cannot work these out. For those not doing this quiz, all the answers have something to do with the theatre. BJ

Not sure about 34. I thought it might be something to do with flies - f (false) + lies, but haven't got any further than that.

Can you explain how you arrived at performance for no. 39, smouse?
