o2 Picture Messages

O2 seem to have blocked me from sending and receiving picture messages. I've reset my settings and master reset my phone, but I'm still unable to use picture messaging. Any ideas?

You will need to get o2 to set it up again if you have master reset the phone

go on teh website and search for your phone and it will give you details about getting the settings sent to the phone, it sets it all up for you.

or just google O2 MMS settings it will take you straight to the page on their site.

Very helpful of you Paulst30, thank you. I tried all that to no avail, so ended up calling customer services and they sorted it out. Thanks again anyway!
