Cheap Overseas Calls

I live in England and use Tele Discount to keep in touch with members of my family living in Australia New Zealand South Africa and Zimbabwe. Does anybody know of any similar operator providing cheap calls out of australia into England and countries above. Appreciate any help here thank you.

Have they got computers .... you could chat on Skype or MSN or Yahoo with the camera too ????
