Key fob controlled locks

We've had these introduced at work and they are like a small black egg with a green ring around them on a key ring,

You hold them up to the unlocking panel whcih has 3 LEDs on it and it unlocks an electro magnetic lock.

Does anyone know who makes these as my key fob has stopped working and i can get a new one re-programmed here but they can't seem to be able to give me one so I'm gonna try buy my own.

They only had so many fobs that they ordered for the system and they didn
t forsee people leaving their jobs and no handing them back or new staff applying for jobs or as in my case peoples fobs stopping working all of a sudden.
