Where are (and what are) the cervical glands on a male child?

In the same place as a female child - just below the angle of the jaw. If they are swollen you can usually feel them by gently pressing with the pads of your fingers.

Commonly called 'swollen glands' and cause a temperature and sometimes earache or sore throat.
