That's the processor. It's a good processor, I'm using a Core 2 Duo right now.

The 2.0 and 2.16 are speeds -- the 2.16 will function slightly faster. However, you will hardly notice the increase in speed between them. If the prices of two computers (with those different processor speeds) are the same, go for the faster one; otherwise, the slower one will suffice happily.
