if the plant you have is about 1ft ( 300mm ) high
and has a softish fleshy texture to the stem and
branches it is a plant commonly called " the
parrott plant " it is a member of the impatients
family ( better known as buzzy lizzies ).

if the plant stem and branches are woody in texture then you have a plant that i know nothing about.

if you look up buzzy lizzies on the web i'm sure you'll find a mention and possibly a photograph of " a parrott plant " .
