i can think of tons, but shall only mention ST. Germain as it is great, mainly instrumental (has a few sung lines) but great modern jazzy, bluesy music, the best album is "Tourist"

well the best kinda music is usually from film scores, such as the good, the bad and the ugly, songs people recognise goes down well and they are all instrumental, are you after fast or slow type music?
