Anybody live or know the Northwood area (NW London)?
Whats it like? As we're thinking of moving there.

I used to live in Eastcote on the met line but nearer London that was about 15 years ago - it was quite posh and still is I think a little bit dull at the time but a nice area - it depends what you are looking for - it is quite a bit out of London and would not be on a NW London postcode it would be Middlesex - it would cost a fortune in a cab from London to get home at night- Moor Park golf course is nearby dont think much goes on there - it was always quite expensive as well
Thanks memore. yeah i know its in Middlesex and i think its HA6 i'm in NW London now - with a NW London postcode because i'm very central.
Only about 35 minutes on the Met Line to Baker Street (where i work) which isnt bad really.
And with a child on the way we want to be settled in a nice, safe area.
Northwood is a lot cheaper than Pinner (where we'd ideally like to be situated).
Only renting for the time being.
