Recently I had the filter cleaned out on my washer dryer a pop sock was causing the tumble dryer to stop working properly. However since being fixed a new problem has emerged, When the machine is switched on water pours out of the soap draw, does anyone know what is likely to be causing this problem It only seems to happen on the first fill and dosn't happen during the rest of the cycle. Thanks for any help

I would pull the drawer out and give it a good clean out. While it is out look into the orifice and see if there is a dam built up of gunge.

As it is just the first fill I suspect the part of the drawer for pre wash detergent is bunged up in some way.

Some of the drawers have a trip lever you have to push to release them, while others just need a hard yank.
