They do lots of meat alternatives, mince, chicken style nuggets, chicken style fillets, burgers (southern style, pork and apple style etc) fajitas strips, lamb style grills. Although I am not strictly a veggie, (I just don't have confidence in the meat available) so we eat loads of Quorn in different shape and form. We have burgers in buns with all the salad etc with Quorn burgers, we have pitta breads stuffed with salad and the lamb style grills topped with some Greek yogurt mixed with mint jelly, we have fajitas using the strips, we have spag bol, chilli, shepherds pie etc all using the quorn mince
Cauldron Products are really good if you are looking for ready meals. Fresh and frozen. Birds Eye do vegetable burgers and things that you could do for your daughter when you have ordinary burgers, just go along those lines. Plus try some of the stuff yourself - a lot of non-veggies love vegetarian foods!
How about vegetable spring rolls, omellets, maybe make up lentil stews in advance and freeze in portions so you can defrost in microwave?

Thanks Shaneystar2,Yes, she does eat omelettes in fact eggs are a life saver. She loves a sunday roast without meat and with veggie gravey.Shes tried the sausages but didnt like them. Its one thing being a fussy eater but veggie as well, its a nightmare.I must say though, shes starting to convert me,i`ve stopped eating lamb.
Well ..good luck Lez ..my son was the original bacon sarnie boy ..A pound of sausages in one go !! He was never a fussy eater until he turned veggie !
But over the years I have got feeding him down to a fine art !
It was always so difficult at first as my other son is not a veggie . So I was cooking two or three different meals sometimes .But he's away now and his girlfriend can cook for him ! But picky is still here !
To be quite truthful we also don't eat half as much meat as we used to .if it wasn't for Mr S who loves his meat and two veg I think I could quite cheerfully forgo meat .
