Probably because they can prove where he came from.

The problem with a number of extradition cases is everybody says "Nope not one of ours!"

He is being deported because we can be sure that he is going to a country that has no Human Rights abuse, and the safety of the prisoner can be guaranteed.

The only cases you'll read about in the papers are the ones where the courts cannot deport criminals because of specific legal constraints based on their cases.

There is no blanket "let keep all the crims" policy in place, no matter what some commentators would have us believe.

He gets deported because he should be. One less perv to worry about.

If you can name each case where cop killers and terrorists haven't and personally research it ( so we know it isn't trouble causing nonsense) then ask again. I might be able to give an opinion. I am sure we don't try to keep cop killers and terrorists here.
