90's Cartoon

Can anyone else remember the name of a cartoon that was on in the early 90's about a guy called zz. It had robots in it and was set in the future? There was some 3D parts in it aswell where you could watch the action thru some 3D glasses. Ive been trying to remember for ages and its startin to bug me now!
