Traditional 'Cut throat razor' blade shaving

Does anyone know where you can still get traditional cut throat razor blade shaving done in the London / Kent / UK area?
The kind with the lather the leather strop the brush and foam and the hot towels.

There is one in Brighton "Gwdyr Mansions", but that is probably a bit far out.
The reason they died a death is because of all the health and safety regulations etc. They now have to soak, even a cut throat, id Fungiside or Hibbi Scrub for 24 hours between each shave. Even the local babrbers used to use a cut throat on the back of your neck, not anymore!!!

They do sell them on line.
And as jlt says they have been stopped from most barbers for health and safety reg. But my local barber still uses them on the back of the neck.
